Is Governor Edward Rendell of Penn. correct to say “China is kicking out butts”?  The political arena is quickly changing, and the U.S. might not be willing to accept these changes.  The U.S. has been a superpower for so long, what would happen in a world where China becomes the dominant country?  CNN’s Fareed Zakaria examines this question.
