Escalator of Death! – It was so long and tall; I was terrified going up it!

  1. Oh my gosh I remember that escalator! You are right. It looks like the escalator of death. When my son was 3 years old we went to D.C. with my parents and brother. I am scared of heights and hate escalators so when I saw that I wanted to cry. Even more so when my brother was holding my son on his shoulders and walking up to the edge of the subway platform. I am acutally scared to death of the escalators at Barnes and Noble! They are too steep. I must look like an idiot whenever I do use them. Hanging on for dear life.
