I’m born and raised in the South, from South Vietnam to Southern U.S. However, I would not describe myself as a country girl. While I taught English in the countryside of Mongolia, which is the most rural part of the world I’ve ever seen, my Mongolian friends laughed at me for looking like a city girl. But boots and clothes are not discriminatingly worn by stereotypes. I enjoy clothes because of their masquerading abilities. If I dress for success, I feel more successful. Although syllogisms are not factual, there is some underlying truth to this one.
These boots are currently my favorite wardrobe accessory. What is yours?
