you notice anything different today? It’s official! I’ve switched my website URL to!  Welcome to our new home! I’ll be transitioning to my resume/portfolio website.  Now enough with all this boring stuff, read on for some foodie delights!

We grabbed dinner at Chestnut in downtown Asheville with friends.  Do you know what I love more than hanging out with friends? Having another excuse to eat!

We started with a cheese platter, which is hard to mess up.  The atmosphere of the restaurant is quiet and soothing.

I ordered the Sundried Tomato Pesto Swordfish, which was a lot meatier than I expected.  It had the same texture thickness as salmon but a little more meaty.  The swordfish was served on a bed of couscous – a variety I’ve never had before!

My sister ordered the Apple Glazed Sunburst Trout Fillet which came with asparagus and potatoes.  I would highly recommend the trout to any one going to Chestnut!  It was by far the best dish of the night!

The Guy got Risotto Cakes on Lobster Ragout.  It was delicious but a very small portion.

I love spending time with my sister, but it seems harder and harder the older we get!

My sister and I being tourists!

What did I wear to dinner?

Dress – Forever 21

Necklace – Charming Charlie

Sandals – Jessica Simpson

Watch – Citizen Eco-Drive
