Meet Mr. Elephant who was kind enough to give me a ride through the Indian countryside.  It’s a little sad to see animals in captivity, but I’m sure these magnificent creatures are treated well since they are the bread and butter for the tourist industry. . . which I was a sucker for and signed up for a chance to ride an elephant.  I’ve ridden camels, yaks, horses and now elephants!

Did you know?  Elephants are the largest living land creature, reaching a height of 13 ft and weighing 15,000 lbs! I took a ton of photos of them while in India, but nothing can show you or prepare you for how beautiful and BIG they are in person! I hope you will get the opportunity to come face to face to these gorgeous creatures!
