may never buy lettuce wraps again, because they are very easy to make at home! I literally just followed the instructions on the back of the
Lee Kum Kee Panda Lettuce Wrap Sauce packet.

  • 1 lb ground chicken or ground pork
  • 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped ( I omitted)
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
  • 1 (4 oz) carrot, diced
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 pouch Lee Cum Kee Sauce for Lettuce Wrap
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce

Preparation Time: 6 minutes. Cooking Time: 6 minutes (makes 4-6 servings).

Add chicken (or pork) and stir fry for 3 minutes or until browned. Add all vegetables, peanuts, and water chestnuts. Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes. Add 3/4 pouch Of Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Lettuce Wrap. Bring to simmer and add green onions and peanuts. Scoop the mixture into a lettuce cup. Drizzle the remaining sauce on top. (I poured the entire sauce mixture in with the meat.)
