I usually pair any animal skin for the office with closet staples like these wide-legged trousers. I’m catching up from being out of town the past couple of weekends. There never seems to be enough time in the day.

Last night I attended a great reception to mark International Women’s Day. It was empowering to meet so many brilliant women in my local community. A couple had said that was the first event they’ve ever gone to that was specifically for women. While it is the 21st Century, let’s keep this perspective in mind that we need to continue to help each other out as women.

There are only 21 women at the helm of Fortune 500 companies, which is less than 5% (down from 24 last year). Let’s help more qualified women into senior positions because diversity in the workforce increases profits and makes economic sense. #IWD2017 #InternationalWomensDay

Hope your week is going great!
