Floerns peplum, window pane dress! It is a lightweight material so definitely need to add layers to winterize it. I’m wearing fleece-lined tights with this dress for January, but I’m already looking forward to styling it for the office when it warms up.

You could also add a belt to this dress to add more drama around the peplum at the waist and a colorful heel or statement boots would take this office style into happy hour.

  1. I have a dress almost this exact style from Shabby Apple, but I needed to lose a few pounds for it to look good. I’m still working on that, but it is a cute style, and it is pretty on you!
