that time of the year again.  There is a chill in the air and you need to remember to grab a jacket before leaving the house.  Look at investing in some staple looks for this winter -inspiration below!
If you don’t own a leather jacket.  Get one today.  It’s a must have.  While leather is definitely a hot trend, it’s also a timeless staple that everyone needs.
I’m a frugal person by nature, but leather jackets are one of those items that are worth splurging on because it’ll wear better over the years and last longer (you’ll thank me four years from now when you’re still wearing it).Fall Coats I’ll always tell you not to buy trends, but trends are what is available at the store. Irony, right?  Circumvent this buying classic pieces when they become trendy and save your money in between the trends that will go out of style in three months.
Camel is another trend that is both trendy and timeless. You are missing out if you don’t have a camel trench coat.  I bought mine from ASOS during a sale years ago and have been wear it as the perfect middle-weight jacket for fall since.
I’m like Clark Howard, if he were a fashion blogger. Don’t buy a lot, just buy a few classic pieces that are worth your fashion investment!
Also, I’d like to thank all our service members, especially our Veterans, today for their courage and commitment to protecting the freedoms I exercise each day! (Thanks Grandpa!)

love jewelry, but the ultimate accessory to an outfit is definitely the belt! It can change a dress into a skirt, a atop into a dress and gives girls big and small an imaginary waistline.  It basically can rock your world!  If you don’t have an extensive belt collection, you may want to reconsider.
Here are a few of my top picks for belts!
Belts
This entire post sprung from an outfit dilemma.  I was trying to figure out what to wear to the Georgia Music Hall of Fame (black tie attire required), but I was having a teenage angst moment and hating everything in my closet.
I ended up turning my ASOS party dress (featured here) into a skirt using an Oasis belt and my Funky Flair Boutique top! (see outfit below via Instagram)
